Study: Even With Lots Of Rain, It's Going To Take Years For Calif. To Recover From Drought

A new UCLA study shows that it will likely take until 2019 before California's Sierra Nevada snowpack recovers from the drought.  As Capital Public Radio's Amy Quinton reports, researchers say climate change makes it more likely that drought recoveries in the state will take several years.
