A new documentary airing Wednesday, Oct 21 on KVCR-TV profiles the Me2/Orchestra, a musical ensemble made up of people with mental illness and their allies. KVCR interviewed Margie Friedman and Barbara Multer-Wellin, the film’s executive producers/directors, about the documentary called “Orchestrating Change.”

The documentary “Orchestrating Change” will air on KVCR-TV at 10p.m. Pacific, Oct 21.

At the Morrison Hotel Gallery in West Hollywood, photos are displayed of one of the greatest music icons: Freddie Mercury from Queen. This is just in time for the release of the highly anticipated Bohemian Rhapsody biopic that documents how Queen rose to stardom. The exhibit features images captured by legendary rock photograoher Neal Preston.

Riverside City College will hold a benefit concert on Sunday, September 30 at their downtown location. KVCR's Rick Dulock has details.

A little bit of funk, rock, and soul, Inland Empire’s homegrown band Kiki Diago will be performing in Downtown Riverside at the end of this month.

Other performers include Eduardo Arenas from Chicano Batman, Fontana based band Dream Lover, and LA based solo artist Katzu Oso.
