  • On Golden Pond kicks off the 100th season of Riverside Community Players. Each and every show of this upcoming season is indeed a heavy hitter. David Fleming speaks with board member Philip Gabriel, Mel Chadwick - also on the board and playing Norman as well, along with Ron Milts - directing the show. We'll hear about the show, a bit about the 100th season and more.
  • Damian McGinty, while a part of the original lineup of Celtic Thunder, at the of 14 was not part of the original intention of the group. Still, he was with the band for a number of years.   • On this edition of the program David Fleming speaks with Josh Frank, founder of Blue Starlite drive-in cinema in Austin, and creator of Silents Syced – pairing silent movies with classic albums. The first to toll out is Nosferatu combined with two albums from Radiohead. This will be hitting independent theatres nationwide in early October, though with a special preview on September 22 at the Mary Pickford Theatre in Palm Springs.

  • David Fleming speaks with Neufeld and Suzy Pearce about The Half Life of Marie Curie - at Redlands Footlighters Theatre Fridays through Sundays, November 1 through the 10th. The play follows the friendship of Marie Curie and the lesser known Hertha Ayrton, a scientist. Neither welcomed in the scientific world, but whose work eclipsed that of their husbands - both passed away by the time this play takes place. The play was taken from actual correspondence from these two women. Produced by Afterglow Theatre Company.
