Jerry Brown Makes History As California's Only 4-Term Governor

Governor Jerry Brown became California's first governor to be inaugurated to a fourth term when he took the oath of office in Sacramento Monday morning.  After he was sworn in, the Governor delivered his State of the State address to the Legislature and the public.  Earlier Monday morning, Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler previewed the day's significance.
