Prefabricated bridge girders made here in the Inland Empire will be set in place during the coming week, part of the rebuilding of that Interstate 10 freeway bridge near the Arizona border that collapsed during a July 19th storm. The collapse forced a five-day closure of the 10 near Desert Center, and sent motorists and truckers on detours hundreds of miles out of the way. KVCR's Matt Guilhem has details.
