Just a couple of years ago, you could buy a pack of cigarettes in California for less than $3 a pack. The price of cigarettes has risen a bit since then, but California still has the least-expensive cigarettes of any state or province on the west coast. If Californians approve Proposition 56 on the November ballot, the price of cigarettes will go up significantly. The California Report's April Dembosky has more.
