Orange County Congresswoman Mimi Walters Defends GOP Votes For Trump Health Care Bill

California's entire Republican congressional delegation voted for the House G-O-P health care bill today (Thursday).  That includes several lawmakers who before the vote said they were either undecided or opposed.  One California Republican whose support was never in doubt is Congresswoman Mimi Walters.  She represents an Orange County district that's traditionally conservative but voted for Hillary Clinton last year.  Walters spoke by phone after the vote with our Capital Bureau Chief Ben Adler, who began by asking the congresswoman why she voted yes.
