Today is Earth Day. In light of the holiday, the U.S. Secretary of the Interior is promoting what she calls a "major course correction" on environmental issues. KVCR's Matt Guilhem reports that part of the Secretary's plan includes encouraging more low-income families to visit national parks, and permanently reauthorizing the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
