Calif. Legislature Passes New Limits On Non-Disclosure Agreements And Arbitration At Work

Backed by labor unions and against the will of industry groups, the California state Legislature has passed new limits on non-disclosure agreements and workplace arbitration. Lawmakers crafted the bill as a response to the #MeToo movement. Capital Public Radio's Ben Bradford reports.
