Calif. Legislature Debates How To Cut Backlog Of Thousands Of Untested Rape Kits

California lawmakers will debate how to address a backlog of untested rape kits, when they return to work at the state Capitol later this month.  Capital Public Radio's Ben Bradford reports.

Ben Bradford is a city kid, who came to Charlotte from San Francisco by way of New York, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles.
