Elected Officials From The IE And Around Calif. Have Mixed Reactions To Trump Adm's DACA Annoucement

Lawmakers from the Inland Empire and from around the state are reacting to President Trump's decision to rescind DACA - the Obama-era program that deferred deportation for illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as minors.

Congressman Duncan Hunter (R-Alpine) represents a district that includes a portion of the Inland Empire, including parts of Temecula. Hunter issued a statement in support of the Trump Administration's decision to rescind DACA.
