Calif. Health Exchange Reduces Number Of Uninsured Kids By Tens Of Thousands

It's open enrollment season for Covered California, our state's Obamacare health care exchange. California reduced the number of uninsured children by about 176,000 kids in the first year the Affordable Care Act took full effect, according to a new report. KVCR's Matt Guilhem has details on the new findings from Georgetown University.
