ICE Deploys Liaison To Calm Nerves In Immigrant Communities

The mere mention of ICE, or Immigration and Customs Enforcement, can send some neighborhoods into a panic. But in Seattle, one ICE employee has the job of working with immigrant communities to build trust and understanding. It’s a relatively new effort for the federal agency, and local groups still aren’t quite sure what to make of it.
