Sugary Drink Labels Bill Fails It's First Senate Hearing

A bill that would require warning labels on sugary sodas sold in California is back in the legislature after a defeat last year. The bill failed it's first senate hearing on Wednesday. Leslie McClurg reports from Capitol Public Radio.
