Inland Empire Economic Partnership Hosts Speakers' Series With Candidates for Calif. Governor

The Inland Empire Economic Partnership will host a speakers' series for candidates who have declared for the 2018 California governor's race.  Part 1 in the series is today (Friday) and features former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.  It'll be held at the Universal Technical Institute in Rancho Cucamonga.  KVCR's Rick Dulock spoke with IEEP President Paul Granillo to ask what the candidate speaker series is all about.

Rick Dulock is originally from Gainesville, Florida. He fell in love with NPR as a student board operator for 91.9 KVCR in 1996 and since then has worn many hats including Development Director and Pledge Producer. Rick has served as Program Manager since 2011 and is currently working on bolstering KVCR's Weekend Showcase with limited series and unique public radio offerings.
