Highway 74 between Lake Elsinore in Riverside County and San Juan Capistrano in San Diego County -- The Ortega Highway -- will be closed to traffic for at least a couple of weeks because of damage from recent storms. KVCR's Ken Vincent reports.
Ken Vincent has retired. We appreciate the way he shared his expertise with many of our young interns and reporters over the nearly eight years he spent as KVCR's lead journalist and Morning Edition host.
