Feds Award $Millions To San Bernardino-To-Redlands Passenger Rail Project

The U.S. Department of Transportation awarded the San Bernardino Associated Governments - SANBAG - $8.6 million in grant funding for the Redlands Passenger Rail Project.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
