RivCo Authorities: Student's 'Kill List' Not A Crime

Riverside County law enforcement authorities say no criminal action will be taken against a fifth-grade student at Lake Mathews Elementary School who reportedly compiled a "kill list" of fellow students. The unidentified student's two-day suspension is over today, and some parents of other students at the school are expressing concern about the possible return of the student to classes. KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
