The brother of San Bernardino mass shooter Syed Rizwan Farook, Syed Raheel Farook, his wife, and her sister were in a Riverside federal courtroom yesterday (Thursday), after being arrested earlier in the day on charges of lying to federal investigators and marriage fraud. KVCR's Matt Guilhem attended the court proceeding, and last night filed this report for NPR News.
