Officials with the Northwest Mosquito and Vector Control District -- the agency that monitors mosquito activity in northwestern Riverside County -- is warning local residents to take precautions,now that an exotic breed of mosquito that can spread diseases has been detected in our area.  More from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
