A new survey has been released ranking the 100 Greenest Cities in the country. With 7 in 10 Americans now agreeing with the statement, "we all have a responsibility to protect our planet," going green has gone mainstream. KVCR's Matt Guilhem reports that, in spite of California's strict environmental policies, most cities in the state -- and the Inland Empire -- don't rank that high in the ratings.
