Beaumont, City Manager, Finally Agree On Terms Of Manager's Departure

The City of Beaumont and it's longtime city manager, Alan Kapanicas, have officially agreed to part ways, following a turbulent year for civic affairs in Beaumont.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.

We appreciate the way he shared his expertise with many of our young interns and reporters over the nearly eight years he spent as KVCR's lead journalist and Morning Edition host.
