President Obama Designates Three New National Monuments In Southern California

Part of President Obama's current trip to Southern California will be devoted to a summit with leaders from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. The President will be joined by Secretary of State John Kerry for that portion of his visit which is set for next week. Otherwise, Mr. Obama will probably play a little golf and maybe watch today's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" taped yesterday - he was the honored guest. Another focus of the trip is the designation of three new national monuments in our region.  This report comes from the Friday morning installment of The California Report.
