The National Weather Service has put out red flag warnings for a high risk of wildfire danger in the Inland Empire and elsewhere across the region, thanks to gusty Santa Ana winds, low humidity, and rising temperatures expected for the next several days.  More from KVCR 's Ken Vincent.
