California and eight other states, including New York, are again suing the Trump Administration and, yes, it's about water. The states filed the lawsuit on Tuesday just hours after federal agencies announced a new delay in the federal Clean Water Rule. Ben Bradford has this report from Capital Public Radio.
Ben Bradford is a city kid, who came to Charlotte from San Francisco by way of New York, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles.
