Judge Finally Approves Plan For San Bernardino To Emerge From Bankruptcy

More than four years after the City of San Bernardino first announced it was headed into bankruptcy, a federal judge has finally approved a city strategy to eventually emerge from the bankruptcy process.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
