The man accused of being the East Area Rapist and Golden State Killer appeared in a Sacramento County court on Friday. Capital Public Radio's Bob Moffitt reports on the room packed with family members of victims and members of the public. Outside was one woman who says the defendant is also the Visalia Ransacker.
