Riverside's Measure-A Would Cease Bans on Medi-Pot Dispensaries

The city of Riverside has it's Municipal election today. Depending on the outcome, one law on the ballot may cease the ban on medical marijuana dispensaries within the city. KVCR's Natalya Estrada reports.
