Riverside County & RCTC Launch Lawsuits Against Moreno Valley for World Logistics Center

The 30 day window to launch legal challenges to the approval of Moreno Valley's World Logistics Center closes September 23. On Tuesday, September 15 the first lawsuit was filed, not by a grassroots organization, but by Riverside County. However, it is not the only body suing. KVCR's Matt Guilhem has this report.
