comic-con.org

Comic-Con 2017 is taking place at the San Diego Convention Center through the weekend.  Over the years, the number of people who attend Comic-Con each year has gone up from a few hundred a few decades ago, to some 130,000 people this year.  NPR Morning Edition co-host David Greene talked with NPR's resident Comic-Con expert, Arts Editor Nina Gregory, who's at the event.

David Greene is an award-winning journalist and New York Times best-selling author. He is a host of NPR's Morning Edition, the most listened-to radio news program in the United States, and also of NPR's popular morning news podcast, Up First.
Nina Gregory is a senior editor for NPR's Arts Desk, where she oversees coverage of film across the network and edits and and assigns stories on television, art, design, fashion, food, and culture.
