Even though the Inland Empire is still amid the steamy summer of 2017, it's time for some people to start thinking about the holidays... yes, as in the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year holidays. The City of Riverside is reminding anyone who wants to be a merchant, vendor, or other commercial participant in the Mission Inn Festival of Lights celebration has some summer deadlines.
