Arrests and non-vehicle related citations issued during the 2018 Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio last weekend were down for the second consecutive year.  On the other hand, there were quite a few vehicle-related citations issued at the annual country music festival.  Details from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
