Gov. Brown Looks Back And Ahead In Annual State Of The State Address

Governor Jerry Brown delivered the annual State of the State speech to a packed house in the State Capitol's Assembly Chambers Monday.  The Governor cited a lot of state and personal history as he talked about the state's recent successes and future challenges , and made a few surprising proposals for his record fourth term in office.  We have two reports from the Governor's Inauguration and State of the State speech, from Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler and Katie Orr.
