Jerry Brown Signs His Last - And Largest - California State Budget

In a ceremony in Los Angeles yesterday (Wednesday), California Governor Jerry Brown signed his last state budget - the biggest California budget ever - before ending his fourth term this year.  More from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
