Desert Community Becomes First Inland City To Mandate Gender-Neutral Public Restrooms

The Palm Springs-area community of Cathedral City has become only the second city in Southern California to pass an ordinance offering gender-neutral public restrooms.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
