California's minimum wage moved up to $10 an hour on the first of the year, but advocates for low-wage workers say they'll continue their push for $15 an hour. KVCR's Matt Guilhem reports the movement for a $15 minimum wage keeps gaining traction and will be prominent in the election later this year.
