Scrutinizing Prop 30 Impacts to Education

Backers of a potential November ballot measure say California's schools and state budget will be in dire financial shape if voters don't extend the Proposition 30 income tax increases they approved in 2012.  Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler found that two of their claims don't hold up to scrutiny.
