Its been quite a roller coaster ride for Gigi Hanna since she won a close election a year and a half ago to be San Bernardino's City Clerk. Her election was quickly followed by the municipal bankruptcy, a series of scandals on the City Council, and a watershed city election earlier this month. KVCR's Matt Guilhem profiles Gigi Hanna.
