Congressman Mark Takano (D-Riverside) talks with KVCR's Ken Vincent about a letter than he and other Members of Congress have signed demanding that Speaker John Boehner schedule a vote on extending expired benefits for long-term unemployed people.  Takano says the expiration of benefits is affecting tens of thousands of jobless Inland Empire residents.
