Hot Colors For Spring: Tender Shoots, Tidal Foam
Tender Shoots is one of the hot colors for spring 2013, according to a statement from Pantone, the New Jersey color company that works with designers to decide the dominant hues for the fashion industry each season. Pantone describes the color as "vibrant yellow-green, invigorating, active and cheerful." For men, the color for spring is Tidal Foam.

China Pits Hollywood Blockbusters Against Each Other

Unemployment Falls as Immigrants Hit Benchmark
The nation's unemployment rate fell to 4.7 percent in March, the lowest level since 2000, and employers added 211,000 jobs to their payrolls. Economists say growth in service and construction may explain why the unemployment rate for immigrants is lower than that of native-born Americans.
