Jerry Brown Shows His Clout With Passage Of Calif. Transportation Tax-And-Fix Package

It took the full negotiating power of Governor Jerry Brown and Democratic legislative leaders to get the votes of two Inland Empire state senators to assure that the Governor's transportation tax-and-fix plan would pass both houses of the California Legislature with the required two-thirds votes in favor of the package.  Here's Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler with how the proposal passed.
