Calif. Mandatory Vaccine Bill Passes Another Legislative Committee

The California bill that would require all school children to be vaccinated unless they have a medical condition passed another state Senate committee yesterday (Monday).  As Capital Public Radio's Health Care Reporter Pauline Bartolone tells us, the panel of lawmakers considered the bill's constitutionality.
