Longtime Inland Empire journalist and KVCR contributor Cassie MacDuff and KVCR's Ken Vincent review some of the Inland Empire's top news stories this week, including:

  1. The top Inland Empire story of the week – obviously – is the bizarre case of 13 siblings who were apparently imprisoned by their parents in their Perris home.
  2. An Inland Empire assemblywoman who defeated an incumbent Democrat in 2016 is now being challenged in her re-election bid by the woman she unseated.
  3. And finally, Moreno Valley’s effort to land the Amazon headquarters that cities all over the nation were competing for apparently has backfired.
