   206 PM PST Tue Feb 5 2019

   San Bernardino County Mountains-Riverside County Mountains-
   Including the cities of Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear City,
   Big Bear Lake, Running Springs, Wrightwood,
   and Idyllwild-Pine Cove

   ...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST
   WEDNESDAY...

   * WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5
   inches are expected, mainly this evening. Southwest to west
   winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph near the mountain
   ridgetops onto the deserts slopes will decrease late this
   afternoon and tonight.

   * WHERE...The snow level will lower from 3000 to 3500 feet late
   this afternoon to 2000 to 2500 feet late tonight.

   * WHEN...Into this evening, ending late tonight.

   * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions.
   Damage to trees and power lines is likely. Be prepared for
   significant reductions in visibility at times.

   PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

   A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
   conditions are occurring. If you must travel, keep an extra
   flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an
   emergency.
