With the California drought in its fourth year, the mild winter, and rising temperatures this spring, ski resorts in the Inland Empire and around Southern California have ended the snow sports season early. KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
The recent rain in the Inland Empire has meant traffic backups on valley freeways, and fears of flooding and mudslides in the foothills. But up at the Bear Mountain resorts, the weather has provided the key ingredient for economic recovery: snow. KVCR's Matt Guilhem reports.
