Authorities Have Suspect After Deadly Shooting Spree In Banning

Residents of the IE cities of Banning and Beaumont are relieved that a suspect has been apprehended after a man with a gun went on a deadly shooting rampage through neighborhoods of the two communities on Saturday.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more.
