But it tastes the best straight from the faucets of Columbus, Wis., the winner of this year's Great American Water Taste Test. The National Rural Water Association, which ran the contest, judged regional waters based on color, clarity, smell and, most importantly, taste. And Columbus made a splash. It's MORNING EDITION.
