Riverside County Supervisor Questions Payouts to Settle Lawsuits

For many years, Riverside County Supervisors have settled lawsutis filed against the county by authorizing settlements that have been kept secret from the public.  The newest member of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, Kevin Jefferies, wants to make settling lawsuits more transparent.
