San Bernardino Police Frustrated By Lack Of Cooperation By Shooting Victims, Witnesses

Police in San Bernardino say they're frustrated by a lack of cooperation among vicgtims and other witnesses to a shooting incident Sunday night that sent eight people to the hospital, including a 17-year-old youth who is in critical condition.  More from KVCR's Ken Vincent.
