Palm Springs Police Deaths: Arraignment For Suspect Today; Fundraising Begins For Families

The suspect accused of shooting to death two Palm Springs police officers last weekend will be arraigned in a Riverside courtroom today.  KVCR's Ken Vincent has more on that, and on the effort to raise community funds for the families of the fallen officers.
